The difference between languages, dialects and accents isn't defined, so I think it's okay to call them "dialects" when they are "accents", that doesn't seem to be much more than semantics. I don't know if I can explain myself???? And Azerbaijani is not a dialect of Turkish!! Because of Namiq never sang a song in Turkish or other languages. Samajavaragamana really meant a Ragam in Carnatic One needs to be very careful when trying to define languages.
